Byrne [Dynamis Operations Advisor]: Adrian has been active in the healthcare business, consulting for over eleven years and providing operational and service assistance to hospitals, physicians and senior housing facilities. Adrian was in hospitality operations for over twenty years with Marriott and Sheraton in Europe and the USA as General Manager, opening and renovating facilities before joining Dynamis. Adrian is currently acting as Interim Executive Director for a converted hospital property in Youngstown, Ohio. He was also the Project Manager for a Dynamis project in Danville, Illinois, which received $2.1 M in federal funding this year. Adrian earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hospitality from the University of Portsmouth in England. Dr. Oscar W. King III [Senior Advisor]: Dr. King is the former Executive Director of the Detroit Neighborhood and Family Initiative (DNFI) and is also a former United States Federal Foreclosure Commissioner for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). He also served as the Chairman of the Board for the Detroit Urban League and the Detroit Metropolitan Orchestra. Previous positions include Group Manager for Real Estate, Procurement, Asset Management and Corporate Security for Ameritech Publishing Inc., General Partner of King, LoPatin Associates, real estate developers in the Metropolitan Detroit area, and principal in K/L Ventures, Inc. Oscar has a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Howard University, a Master's Degree in Land Economics and Real Estate from Harvard University and a Master of Divinity (Equiv.) from the Ecumenical Theological Seminary and holds a Doctor of Ministry from the Ecumenical Theological Seminary. Oscar is currently working in Stamford, CT organizing a community advisory committee for the redevelopment of a rehabilitation center into primary care clinics. Marlena R. Rennie [Research, Presentations]: Marlena contributes her research, marketing, design and production skills to both Dynamis and its clients. Layout, design and creation of marketing materials and presentations, computer and other technical advice are available upon request, in efforts to expedite all phases of the project work. Marlena earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from Hiram College and attended The Ohio State University's College of Agriculture.
