Virginia M. Hermann [Senior Advisor]: Ginna will provide advice for fundraising and other management matters. Ginna has extensive experience in fundraising for major organizations. She has successfully managed annual capital, endowment, major gifts and planned giving campaigns for a variety of educational and health related organizations. She is currently an adjunct professor at Ursuline College where she teaches a course on Fundraising and Grant Writing. Ginna is currently working in Lorain, Ohio, managing a major fundraising campaign for a hospital conversion project and assisting Vince Day with other fundraising initiatives as well as a similar project in Detroit, Michigan. Ginna is a graduate of Hiram College and has a degree in secondary education.

JoEllen Koerner, Ph.D., R.N., F.A.A.N. [Dynamis Senior Advisor]: Dr. JoEllen Koerner is an author, editor, speaker, researcher, educator and nurse executive leader of international renown. She is the past president of the American Organization of Nurse Executives and an originating member of the Center for Nursing Leadership. JoEllen works in the intersection of the philosophy and practice of professional nursing, and the applications of corporate, scientific and information technology theory and innovations to the nursing profession. She recently occupied the LeGate Endowed Chair at Yavapai College in Prescott, Arizona where she studied U.S. demographics and healthy cognitive aging. Her current international and voluntary work is focused on creating nursing education and practice infrastructure in the Arab Emirates. Over the last decade JoEllen has done ground-breaking work in creating simulation and virtual learning theory and environments for use in educating nurses in the future.

Kathryn E. Plummer [Senior Advisor]: Kathy has diverse development fund raising consulting experience based on her previous work in foundation relations and as Grants Information Officer for Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where she was member of a team that managed the Clinic's first public capital campaign. At the Clinic, she was directly responsible for $22 M in foundation grants. She is expert in information, research and market analyses, having provided assistance to hundreds of corporate, medical and academic customers and managing market support for Predicasts, Inc., a leading publisher of business information. Kathy is a graduate of the Denison University in Granville, Ohio.
