Dynamis was engaged to provide an urban design to attract funding, complete the expansion and to offer the retirement community residents easy access to the area's museums, performing arts centers, world class healthcare facilities and to promote a feeling of living in a neighborhood with convenient amenities and shopping. After a series of interviews, Dynamis provided a master plan proposing a "retirement corridor" emphasizing the walk-ability and connectivity to the cultural enrichment offered in the area.
