Carol provides advice on financial modeling and funding including triple bottom line financing options and structures. Past positions include leading the capital markets and advisory efforts for late stage biomedical companies seeking to raise growth equity or expand through strategic acquisition for BioEnterpise in Cleveland, Ohio, a not-for-profit biomedical accelerator which has raised over $2 billion. Carol was also a founding officer and Managing Director of BioEnterprise’s Medical Growth Fund. Before joining BioEnterprise, she was a founding officer and Board Member of NineSigma, a venture-backed technology services business. Prior to that, Carol was a Managing Director at Bank of Boston where she built and managed a $2 billion portfolio. She serves on the Industry Advisory Board for the Cornell Center for Technology Licensing and on the Board of Montefiore, a comprehensive healthcare services and senior living facilities for the aging. Carol, a CFA, received an M.B.A. from Cornell University and a B.A. from Wesleyan University.
