​Dynamis  performed a reuse study for Milford Memorial Hospital for BayHealth as part of its CON application for a new replacement hospital.  CON was granted. BayHealth chose not to be the developer of the legacy hospital. Dynamis invited a skilled nursing provider who expressed interest in being a tenant to be the developer as well. Dynamis assisted in developing the property. The Wellness Village is fully leased out within two years from purchase. Plans are being developed for senior and workforce housing on adjacent property.
