Biography - Scott J. Keller
Scott is active in all phases of the projects. Scott has over thirty years of experience with public/private real estate ventures and creating unique public/private healthcare partnerships. His experience includes real estate feasibility analysis, development, project management, investment and disposition. Additionally, he has experience in the design, assessment and combination of various entities to achieve community-based solutions to healthcare, job training and economic redevelopment issues. Scott has led the Dynamis team on over 85 hospital transformation assignments. Before helping found Dynamis, Scott served as the chairman of the Midwest Healthcare Services of a national real estate consulting and brokerage company. Scott is a graduate of Yale University. He is also the author of Finding our Place - Discovering the Soul of the New American City, which discusses the future of cities through his lens of repurposing inner-city hospitals. |
