Woodbury, New Jersey
The Inspira Health Network engaged Dynamis, to conduct detailed planning for the soon-to-be obsolete hospital in Woodbury, NJ due to the constructing a new replacement hospital in Glassboro. Comprehensive interviews are critical to the process, which is consistent with the Inspira Community Needs Assessment and the development goals of the Woodbury City Council. Over 60 interviews were conducted. Based on the interviews four basic themes (anchors) were identified which are described in the four large bubbles. The planning identifies adjacency opportunities.

Based on the program sketch, the master plan was developed. The master plan has short-, midi-, and long-term components with a new connector road. Note also, a new light rail line is being planned linking Glassboro to Camden with a transit station directly across from this development.
Below is a rendering of the new master plan shows its relationship to the town of Woodbury. Downtown is in the upper left-hand corner, then the high and middle schools and then the transformation. The near-term component is underway: new free-standing ER, a behavioral health center and ambulance building.
The following view illustrates the view from the perspective of the new proposed access road.
